What we’re going to be able to do with digital, artificial intelligence, machine learning, is going to be thoroughly disruptive. I mean, so much so, that businesses who get a lead in this, and really embrace it, are going to have an amazing opportunity to leave their competition in the dust.

Having been through an earlier cycle back in the 1990’s, watching the expansion of the internet, this is sort of a second phase. We’re right about at that moment now, maybe I’d liken it to being in the mid-90’s, where we’re just beginning to hear the buzz about artificial intelligence.

Everyone that we’re talking to is just beginning to learn. Some are embracing, some are not, and those who are not, are not going to be winners, clearly.

And if you’re a senior manager in a large company and you’re trying to figure out, how am I going to employ these new technologies? It’s a really difficult exercise, unless you’re embracing somebody from the outside who makes it their business to keep abreast of these things.
