David has 15 years of professional practice experience, 9 of which have been dedicated to M&A due diligence. David has worked on over 150 transactions on multiple continents. Deal sizes ranged from $3 million to $14 billion, with the majority of the transactions between $10 million and $500 million in purchase price. He has relevant technology industry experience in software (license and SaaS), ecommerce and Internet, hardware, telecommunications, and semiconductors. Prior to joining RSM, David spent three years in the Transaction Advisory Services practice at a Big Four firm in San Francisco, providing buy-side and sell-side due diligence services to private equity and strategic clients. David also spent three years in the audit practice focusing on technology clients. Earlier in his career, David worked as a revenue analyst at a large technology company.
